IS THE PRODUCT IN STOCK?

Most products are in stock but out of stock items may take up to 6 weeks to come back into stock. Out of stock furniture may take up to 12 weeks to come back into stock. If products are out of stock you will be notified before we process your order.

HOW LONG DOES THE SHIPPING TAKE?

Products ordered through ababy.com.au will generally take between 2 – 14 working days to be delivered depending on delivry address location. Please call (02) 4422 1010 for a more accurate estimate to your address.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

Unfortunately we can not give refunds or exchange items if you simply change your mind. So please choose carefully.
In the event of a faulty item, please contact our staff immediately to arrange return shipping and repair or replacement of the item. (02)4422 1010
