Shipping & Returns

RETURN INFORMATION

1. Please choose carefully as we do not give refunds, or exchange items if you simply change your mind or make the wrong decision.


2. If goods purchased are faulty please contact the Ababy Customer Service team. The customer will need to return the faulty products to the store either in person or via postage, at customers own expense, for repair or replacement if item is unable to be repaired. Suppliers by Law are entitled to repair each individual fault up to and including 3 times before they are required to replace the item. 3. If we have sent you an incorrect item, contact us and we will give you our reply paid address – we will have to have the items returned before we can send out the correct items


4. For Hygiene reasons we cannot accept some items such as mattresses, potties, toilet trainers, breast pumps etc returned.

Postage Information

Please note we do not ship furniture - Nowra NSW Store Pick Up Only.

Postage Fee


Flat rate shipping of $10 for multiple items to NSW, VIC, QLD, TAS, ACT & SA. 

Flat rate shipping of $50 for multiple items to NT & WA.

FREE Local pick up is only available in select Post Codes near our Nowra NSW Store.

If you are picking up an order please have your order print out with you or your order number.

SHIPPING POLICY
 

We try as hard as possible to have our website with the correct stock levels so you can receive your item within 1-10 working days, depending on your location. In some cases we can be out of stock & not have the website updated in time. If you do need an item immediately please give Ababy a call on (02) 44221010 to check our stock levels. If you do order an item that is out of stock you will receive an email notification within 2 working days and restocking delays will occur .
If you are ordering furniture, some suppliers only make to order and this may take up to 4 -12 weeks to arrive depending on stock levels. Some larger furniture items are pick up in stores only (This is in the product description)

 
POSTAGE INFORMATION
 

1. We will post the same or next working day once payment has been received.
2. We use Fastway couriers and will provide you with a tracking number on your product that you can check on their website. www.fastway.com.au
3. We will provide you with an estimated time of delivery. Eg. 2-4 working days. Please expect an order processing delay also.
4. We do not post to PO Boxes.


If you are a part of the Local & Shorthaul delivery area (Brown & Lime Green Area) this is a ‘Same day’ or 1 day service depending on time of pick up.

Red Zone – ‘1 Day Service’
Orange Zone- ‘1-3 Day Service’
Green Zone- ‘3-7 Day Service’
White Zone– ‘4-10 Day Service’
Grey Zone- ‘4-10 Day Service’


Please note the White & Grey Zones are ‘Out of Area’ Zones and will be on forwarded to another courier company, depending on location it will be either Toll Priority, Toll Ipec or Australia Post. The courier that it is on forwarded to will provide us with a different tracking number. Please give us a call on (02) 44221010 if you would like the updated tracking number.
